CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations received on or before February 10, 2027, will receive a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations after this date are nonrefundable. For cancellation requests after February 10, please contact inquiry@hfma.org.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Registration substitutions are permitted through February 23, 2027. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing to inquiry@hfma.org.
NO-SHOWS:
Refunds or credits will not be issued for attendees who do not attend the conference.
EXCEPTIONS:
HFMA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make exceptions in extenuating circumstances.
